Sawgrass compatible Sublimation cartridges for SG500 / SG1000 printers - Not the Sawgrass genuine product.
Tested working with the latest firmware revision V3.06 or older (eg V3.5 too).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sawgrass has very recently implemented a Print Manager Software and a possible firmware upgrade too. Always best to avoid / dismiss any future updates, for as long as possible? We cannot guarantee that these current chips will work with any updated firmware versions.

Excellent quality dye sublimation gel ink, from a known, reputable source. We have tested over 20 different brands/inks from around the globe and found this to be the best colour match thus far.
Will not clog or block print nozzles with maintenance followed as per Sawgrass recommendations

Manufacturers/resellers will void your Sawgrass printer warranty If you utilize compatible/generic products. Please note that these cartridges are used at your own discretion and we cannot service/repair any faulty printers.

Also just a last word of caution - if your printer has been sitting unused or is used very little, for weeks or even months, the printer may run extensive head cleaning on start-up (this is a built in safety procedure, in an attempt to keep the heads in good working order and may consume a lot of ink - in some cases if it can't self correct itself it will use up all the new ink installed). These and all other inkjet models using water-based inks, need to be used regularly to avoid clogging and damage to the ink delivery systems...Our inks will not restore faulty or damaged printheads! Returns only accepted with printed evidence (nozzle test pattern and test page print) of your printers full prior, perfect working condition.
