Sublimation ink best used within 1 year of purchase - it does have a shelf life
Chips work with system firmware versions 1.0.3, 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 (ink levels displayed / no error messages)
Do not upgrade your printer firmware if prompted otherwise we cannot guarantee these chips will continue to function as they should.
Manufacturers/resellers will void your Sawgrass printer warranty If you utilize compatible/generic products. Please note that these cartridges are used at your own discretion and we cannot service/repair any faulty printers.
